MORE CALM.
MORE CONNECTION.
MORE CONFIDENCE.
An online programme for parents in neuro-unique families.
A six-module programme bringing together science-informed ideas, practical tools and guided reflections to help you understand what is happening in your family and find a way forward that works for you.
YOU'VE LISTENED.
YOU'VE GOOGLED.
YOU FOLLOW THE EXPERTS.
You've been trying to piece it all together.
There is a lot to get our heads around.
We've drawn on some of the most respected thinking in the field to create a clear, structured approach that helps you turn that understanding into something you can actually use.
Step by step, confusion gives way to coherence, reactivity gives way to response, and confidence begins to rebuild.
MAKE SENSE OF WHAT'S HAPPENING.
Parents Lab helps you make sense of what is happening, not just in your child, but within yourself and your family dynamics.
We begin by building awareness of your own lived experience: your nervous system, your expectations and your patterns of response. From there, we turn towards your child with informed curiosity and begin to look at what might be driving the patterns you are seeing..
RETURN TO ENJOYING FAMILY LIFE.
Respond with greater confidence.
Have more choice in difficult moments, rather than simply reacting.
Build a better relationship with your child.
Find ways of responding that support connection as well as everyday family life.
Feel more like the parent you want to be.
WHAT IS THIS BEHAVIOUR TELLING US?
Instead of asking, “How do I stop this behaviour?” we begin asking, “What is this behaviour telling us?”
This shift towards informed curiosity can change the way we understand what is happening in our families, and open up new ways to respond.
A PROCESS FOR CHANGE
The programme helps you build awareness, explore what is happening in your family, identify where things are getting stuck and work out what you want to do differently.
Each module builds on the last, helping you move from understanding towards practical change in everyday family life.

IS PARENTS LAB RIGHT FOR YOU?
I’m a parent too. I created Parents Lab from my own experience of neuro-unique family life, alongside years of listening, reading, researching, training and learning from people whose work has helped shape the way I understand parenting and neurodivergence.
I’ve brought those ideas together because I know how much there is to navigate, and how difficult it can be to work out what is actually useful for your family.
Parents Lab is for parents who want to approach family life with curiosity, compassion and an open mind, and who are ready to explore what might work for them and their child.
And I'm still learning.
The world of neurodivergence is changing, and so are we. There will always be more to learn, question and understand. I want Parents Lab to grow with that understanding, and I hope to hear from the parents who use it when something doesn't land, when a perspective needs expanding, or when there is something important we haven't explored.
This is a programme built with curiosity at its heart, and that includes staying curious about our own ideas.
What people are saying
"Really professional videos and well structured course that you can follow at your own pace. The coaching sessions were fantastic, both practical and supportive, but most importantly held you accountable. Think of it like parent therapy + boot camp + support group. Sophie is a truly interested learner. I know that she even altered the wording on some parts of the course as a direct result of our coaching sessions and the experiences I shared. That, to me, is a really important part of what makes Parents Lab feel so personal and relevant."
Kellin - Italy
“I wish I had known about Sophie's programme sooner. So many things started to make sense for me, and even my own childhood experience as I went through the modules. As a teacher of young children, I am really impressed by this program for the parents of our unique children. These are the people who love and care for their families and yet they receive very little help and encouragement . This Parents Lab is a deep supportive plan which teachers and parents can use at their own pace with videos, workbooks and support. Sophie has put a great program together and uses her profound knowledge for that invaluable individual support."
